02/02/2019: Assailants attacked 15th Border Guard Brigade positions near the Syrian border in Qaim, Al Anbar, Iraq. In addition to an unknown number of assailant casualties, at least one soldier was killed and another was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
