Incident Summary:

01/29/2019: A female suicide bomber opened fire on a Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) headquarters before detonating in Idlib, Syria. Aside from the death of the assailant, at least two security guards were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the attack was carried out by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which denied involvement.
