01/22/2019: Assailants opened fire on the vehicle of Lakambini Reluya, the Mayor of San Fernando, in Talisay district, Cebu, Philippines. Reluya's husband and two of her security escorts were killed while three people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
