Incident Summary:

01/15/2019: Assailants abducted Mohd Ghulam from his home in Gururbad, Bihar, India. Ghulam was executed shortly after the abduction. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the village the same day. The Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI-Maoist) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that Mohd Ghulam was targeted because he was a police informant.
