01/04/2019: Assailants opened fire on a military patrol in Emince, Igdir, Turkey. At least one assailant and one soldier were killed and two assailants and two soldiers were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
