Incident Summary:

12/31/2018: Assailants erected barricades on the road and opened fire on the convoy of Adolphe Lele LAfrique, the Governor of the North-West region, near Catholic Church Mulangv in Bamenda, North-West, Cameroon. One police inspector was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the separatists.
