Incident Summary:
11/26/2018: Assailants opened fire on the residence of Eduardo Esternon in Catmon, Malabon, Metropolitan Manila, Philippines. At least three people, including Esternon, an Arya Progresibo advisor, Marcos de Leon, the Flovihomes Homeowners Association president, and William Mortar, an Arya Progresibo organizer, were killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria 1
