11/19/2018: Assailants detonated and explosive device opened fire on an army convoy near Boni, Douentza, Mopti, Mali. At least three soldiers were killed and five soldiers were reported missing following the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM).
