Incident Summary:

10/13/2018: Assailants abducted two engineers working for an oil and gas company in Abakhel, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The two hostages were taken to Afghanistan. One hostage was released sometime on or before October 24, 2018. The fate of the remaining hostage is unknown. Hizb-ul-Ahrar (HuA) claimed responsibility for the incident.
