10/13/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vest at Bilan hotel in Baidoa, Bay, Somalia. This was one of two coordinated bombings in Baidoa on this date. In addition to the two assailants, at least 20 people were killed and 31 people were injured across both the attacks. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incidents.
