10/07/2018: An explosive device detonated near police officers along a road in San Alberto, Cesar, Colombia. At least two officers, identified as Eduardo Anaya Ramos and Henry Alberto Montenegro, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
