10/02/2018: Assailants abducted Ahmed Hamid Ubeid, a village chief, from Zabra, Kirkuk, Iraq. The victim was killed and his body was discovered later the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
