09/07/2018: Assailants looted money and abducted the owners of currency exchange offices in Afar, Al Bayda, Yemen. The whereabouts of the hostages are unknown. This was one of two similar incidents in Al Bayda on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists.
