Incident Summary:

09/03/2018: An explosives-laden boat detonated near a floating Navy base on the Arauca River in La Yuca, Arauca, Colombia. Following the blast, assailants in Venezuela opened fire on marines at the floating base. There were no reported casualties. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
