Incident Summary:

08/13/2018: Assailants abducted Benedicto Dinoy, a tribal leader, from his residence in Dumalaguing, Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, Philippines. Dinoy was shot and killed and his body was discovered the next day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
