Incident Summary:
08/01/2018: A suicide bomber detonated targeting a vehicle carrying Ahmed Mohamud Dalol, a former regional minister, and Abdifatah Mohamed Ali, a former Al-Shabaab leader, in Buuhoodle, Togdheer, Somalia. In addition to the assailant, Dalol and Ali were killed and four civilians were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of Al-Shabaab.
