07/29/2018: Assailants stopped a passenger vehicle and abducted nine civilians in Shekh Ali district, Parwan, Afghanistan. One of the hostages escaped shortly after the abduction. The whereabouts of the remaining hostages are unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
