07/18/2018: Assailants attacked an Afghan Local Police (ALP) checkpoint in Shahr-e Safa, Zabul, Afghanistan. At least six police officers were killed and two others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
