07/15/2018: Assailants opened fire on Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Barkot, Kanker, Chhattisgarh, India. Two soldiers were killed and one soldier and an unknown number of assailants were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.
