07/14/2018: Assailants attacked an Afghan National Army (ANA) checkpoint in Kal Qala, Farah, Afghanistan. At least nine assailants and 11 soldiers were killed while 13 assailants and four soldiers were injured in the ensuing clash. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
