Incident Summary:

07/12/2018: Assailants attacked Qadam, Dhamar, Yemen. At least 40 civilians were abducted and one house and farm were set on fire in the incident, which continued until July 14, 2018. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Qadam on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).
