Incident Summary:
07/05/2018: An incendiary device planted in a jacket pocket on a clothing rack detonated at a Woolworths store at the Pavilion shopping centre in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of two attacks at Woolworths stores in Durban on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to Jihadi-inspired extremists.
