Incident Summary:

05/21/2018: Assailants set fire to a Big Foot Construction road roller in Bagtic, Negros Oriental, Philippines. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of two incidents targeting construction equipment in Negros Oriental on this day. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in response to the targeted construction company's failure to follow the NPA's revolutionary policies.
