Incident Summary:

05/18/2018: An explosive device detonated inside of Spinghar Cricket Stadium in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. This was one of two coordinated attacks at the stadium on the same day. At least eight people were killed and 45 people were injured across both attacks. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incidents.
