05/04/2018: Assailants opened fire on a vehicle traveling to the funeral of Shaktimaan Chakma in Nannerchar, Rangamati, Chittagong, Bangladesh. At least five people, including United People's Democratic Front (UPDF) Ganatantrik President Tapan Jyoti Chakma, were killed and six other people were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the United People's Democratic Front (UPDF) - Bangladesh.
