04/28/2018: Assailants abducted and beheaded two Christian farmers, identified as Ceasar Deamada Fermin and Jabon Bistas, in the outskirts of Parang, Maguindanao, Philippines. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM) and the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
