Incident Summary:

04/25/2018: Assailants abducted ten International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) workers near Yei, Yei River, South Sudan. The ten workers were released on April 30, 2018. The Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the ICRC workers were targeted because they had entered an area without permission from the SPLM-IO.
