Incident Summary:

04/14/2018: Assailants armed with firearms and machetes attacked residents in Imon, Awe, Nasarawa, Nigeria. At least one person was killed and five other people were injured in the assault. This was one of four related incidents in Nasarawa on the same day and one of at least eight attacks over the weekend. Additionally, at least 13 people were injured across the seven attacks that did not occur in Imon. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to Fulani extremists.
