03/27/2018: Security forces discovered and defused five explosives-laden gas cylinders along the San Juan River in El Litoral del San Juan district, Choco, Colombia. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attempted attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) and stated that the devices were intended to target military personnel.
