Incident Summary:

03/19/2018: Assailants opened fire on a volunteer fighters’ patrol on Dibis-Sergaran highway in Sergaran, Kirkuk, Iraq. A volunteer fighter was killed and two others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
