03/04/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting an Iraqi Border Guards patrol near the border with Saudi Arabia in Rutbah district, Al Anbar, Iraq. Two border guards were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
