Incident Summary:

03/01/2018: An explosive device was discovered and defused on a Barcos Caribe tourist ferry boat in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities stated that the explosive device was similar in composition to one that detonated on a February 21, 2018 attack claimed by the Pumba y Tata Cartel.
