Incident Summary:

02/21/2018: Assailants threw two petrol bombs at the San Esteban Parish church in Puente Alto neighborhood, Santiago, Chile. There were no reported casualties in the attack. An unknown group claimed responsibility for the incident and left graffiti at the scene stating, "rapists and killers." Sources also noted that the attack occurred during a visit to Chile by Carles Scicluna, a Vatican expert investigating sexual abuse in the Catholic Church.
