02/09/2018: Assailants raided Kabikokole, Tanganyika, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least 50 people, including a nurse, were abducted and a health center was looted during the attack. At least 10 victims were sexually assaulted before being released a short time later; the fate of the remaining hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
