Incident Summary:

01/06/2018: An explosives-laden vehicle and a suicide bomber detonated at the residence of Sheikh Haitham al-Houm in Mandali, Diyala, Iraq. Al-Houm, an al-Nedah tribal leader, was not harmed; however, in addition to the assailant, at least two people were killed and three people were injured in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
