12/14/2017: Assailants attacked Sangcharak district, Sari Pul, Afghanistan. At least 52 people, including 10 civilians and 42 assailants were killed and 60 assailants were injured in the ensuing clashes which lasted until December 18, 2017. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
