Incident Summary:

11/04/2017: An explosive device attached to the vehicle of Al-Qutaymi, the commander of the Al Libnat Security and Training Camp, detonated at a car repair shop in Hazm, Al Jawf, Yemen. Two civilians were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).
