Incident Summary:

11/03/2017: Assailants opened fire on a convoy carrying foreign workers in Awbari, Wadi Al Hayaa, Libya. At least two assailants were injured and four workers, including three Turkish nationals and one German national, were abducted in the attack. The hostages were released on June 23, 2018. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
