10/11/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vest in Umalari, Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. The assailant was killed and there were no other reported casualties. This was one of two related suicide bombings that took place in Maiduguri on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources suspected that Boko Haram was behind the attacks.
