Incident Summary:

09/15/2017: Assailants opened fire into the Abraka Market in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. At least four people were killed and six others were wounded. This was one of two attacks in the region on the same night. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
