08/12/2017: An explosive device detonated targeting civilians fleeing Hawijah district, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least four civilians were killed and eight civilians were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
