Incident Summary:

08/09/2017: An explosive device detonated near a Border Patrol Police (BPP) truck in Ban Rue Poh, Narathiwat, Thailand. The blast caused an electricity poll to block the road and assailants then emerged and opened fire on the truck. At least three soldiers were injured in the incident. This was one of two coordinated attacks on the same military truck in a short period of time. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
