Incident Summary:

07/18/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at a People's Protection Units (YPG) checkpoint in Manajir, Al Hasakah, Syria. In addition to the assailant, at least four people, including two YPG members, were killed in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
