06/07/2017: Assailants abducted two International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) workers in Kiamasamba, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Both hostages were released unharmed on June 15, 2017. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to a Mayi Mayi militia.
