05/06/2017: An explosive device detonated near an African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) convoy of Kenyan soldiers between Tarako and Baardheere in Bardere district, Gedo, Somalia. It is unknown whether there were any casualties in the blast. This was one of two related attacks in Bardere district on the same day. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incidents.
