Incident Summary:

04/00/2017: Sometime between April 13, 2017 and April 15, 2017, assailants abducted an unknown number of people in Hayas, Sanaa Yemen. This was one of three related attacks in Arhab district over the same two day period. At least four people were abducted across all three attacks. The outcome of the abductions is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).
