03/18/2017: Assailants detonated an explosive device at a teacher's residence in Gowasarey, Jharkhand, India. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two attacks on this date carried out by the same assailants. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI-Maoist) and stated that the victim was accused of supporting the Teertiye Prastuti Committee.
