Incident Summary:
01/04/2017: An incendiary device went off outside the office of Dimitris Bourlos in Exarchia neighborhood, Athens, Attica, Greece. Bourlos, a Committee of Wise Men attorney, was not harmed as there were no reported casualties in the incident. This was one of two related attacks in Athens targeting practitioners involved in labor market reforms on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
