Incident Summary:

11/25/2016: An explosive device detonated targeting security personnel at a fire brigade office responding to an earlier attack in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. Three people were killed and 21 people were injured in the blast. This was one of three coordinated attacks in Jalalabad on the same day. A member of the Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State confessed to carrying out the attacks.
