10/23/2016: Assailants threw two hand grenades at a hospital in Hundung, Manipur, India. At least one Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) officer was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).
